The series reflects on how chosen places of home are established, while ties to places of origin gradually disappear.
The pieces draw inspiration from domestic objects accumulated in a home lived in for over 50 years by the same family. Once carefully collected, displayed, and embedded with personal histories, many of these objects and their stories are now gone. What remains are fragmented memories and emotions.
